Terms of service

AISKU is an online studio that generates product images from photos you upload: on-model frames, ghost mannequin shots, product stills, listing images and videos. Images are created by automated systems and checked by automated quality control.

You sign in with an email code or a Google account. Keep access to your email safe: anyone who can read it can sign in. You can delete your account in the studio settings.

• Studio actions are paid with credits. Credits are bought in packs at the prices on the pricing page.
• The price of an action in credits is shown before you launch it. Credits are charged when a frame starts.
• Plan credits last until the end of the monthly period; the unused rest expires. Top-up and bonus credits have no expiry date. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account, except to members of your own team.

You keep the rights to the photos you upload. You confirm that you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights. You give us permission to store and process the photos only to provide the service to you.

You may use the generated images for commercial purposes: on marketplaces, in your store, in ads and on social media. Check them before publishing: automated generation can contain mistakes even after quality control.

• No photos of people without their consent
• No illegal, violent or sexual content and no content involving minors in an unsafe way
• No images meant to mislead buyers about the product
• No attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available and the images accurate, but we do not guarantee that every frame is free of defects or that a marketplace will accept it. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the credits in question.
