How credits and payments are returned on aisku.net. This document is a draft. The company details are placeholders and will be replaced before paid services start.

Frames that could not be made
Credits are charged when a frame starts. If the frame could not be made at all, because the generation failed, was refused or got stuck and was closed by the automatic cleanup, the credits for it go back to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.
Frame checks
Every on-model frame passes quality control before delivery. A delivered frame counts as made. If you are not happy with a frame, you can mark it for a reshoot; the price of the new attempt is shown in the studio before you start it.
Reshoots
A frame you mark for a reshoot is launched again as a new frame and is charged at the usual price. Describe the reason so the new attempt takes it into account.
Uploads that fail the check
If uploaded photos fail the check, the item stops before any frame is charged.
Payments and unused credits
Every charge and refund is shown in the credit history in the studio. For questions about a payment or unused credits write to support@aisku.net with the date and amount of the payment; requests are handled individually and according to applicable law.
