Privacy policy

• Account data: email, name and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile Google shares
• Photos you upload and the images generated from them
• Credit history: charges, refunds and top-ups
• Payment records: amount, date and status. Card details are entered on the payment provider's page and never reach us
• Technical data: request logs and, in the studio, error reports used to fix bugs

To run your account, make and store your images, charge and refund credits, answer support requests and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data and do not use your photos for advertising.

• Shopify app: we receive the store domain, the store email and the product photos and titles you choose for a photoshoot. Ready images are added to your products only when you click it. We do not access customer or order data. Uninstalling the app revokes its access; Shopify's data deletion requests erase the store link
• Chrome extension: it keeps only your sign-in token in the browser. It reads an image from a page only when you pick it with a right click, after you allow access to that site. It does not track browsing history

Data is stored with cloud infrastructure providers. Image generation and quality checks are done by contracted processing providers that receive only what is needed for the frame. Payments are processed by payment providers.

Account data is kept while the account exists. When you delete the account, your email and name are erased and sessions are revoked. The credit history and payment records are kept, because they are required for accounting.

You can see your data in the studio, delete the account in settings or write to support@aisku.net to ask for a copy, a correction or deletion.
